Wild Salmon Cream Linguini


grape seed oil (or a healthy oil of your choice)
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 bowl green peas (drop defrosted peas into boiling water, simmer for a few minutes, and then drain)
150gms wild salmon (slice across the grain, 5mm thick, like sashimi)
400ml whipping cream
400gms linguini noodles (cooked al dente according to package directions)

Heat oil in a large frying pan on high heat
Add garlic and stir fry until browned
Turn heat to low
Add whipping cream, salmon, green peas
Gently stir at low simmer until salmon is just cooked (approx 3 mins)
Add linguini noodles
Lift pasta to mix into the cream sauce
Add sea salt to taste
